In addition to data concerning the PCB order (type and dimensions of PCB, file name, material thickness, etc), we also collect personal data about our customers (such as company details, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, contact name, trade register number and possibly a tax number) during the ordering process. We require this data to process your order and to contact you if necessary.
Is the data recorded?
We do not record or process the data you enter. Only when you place an order will we save and process your data. We need them for thorough order processing. Online quotations are saved for quality control purposes and undergo an internal review. This data is deleted regularly and will not be made available to any person or institution outside of Basista.Can customers view their data?
No. For your safety this data is strictly protected against illegal access and is not publicly accessible.
Can the saved data be deleted?
We can delete your data if you wish us to do so – as long as they are not required data according to the principles of bookkeeping, according to which we are legally obliged to keep them.
