Scan-Check

A scan check is performed to check the stencil’s dimensions, the accuracy of the layers, the size and position of the pads. Thus, missing pads and inaccuracies are a thing of the past.

Example:

Your Requirements:
A 555 x 560 mm stencil with 1400 pads, 28 characters of text, a 7 % enlargement for all pads and six laser-cut fiducials with a standard delivery period of 3 working days.

Calculation:

Basic price of stencil with up to 1000 pads: 112.00 €; 400 additional pads at 0.065 €/piece = 26.00 €..

The total price is: 138,00 € iinclusive of VAT; posting and packaging not included. 

Please note:

Additional charges for express delivery only apply to the cost of pads, i.e. the basic price of the stencil plus additional pads where applicable.

Delivery periode:

The first working day starts when the data and the order have arrived at Basista.
For express deliveries under three working days please make sure the order and the corresponding data arrive at Basista before 08:00 CET,
for standard deliveies over three working days make sure the order and the corresponing data arrive before 12:00 CET, in order to count this day as the first day of order processing.
The PCBs leave us for you on the last working day (or even earlier).

Please note

For stencils with unusual thicknesses and/or stencils glued into frames delays in delivery are possible. Please let us know in time if you have special requirements so that we can process your order quickly. We trust you will understand that extras like modifying of pads or glue stencils are charged at an hourly rate.
