Furthermore, PCB-Company offers flex-rigid PCBs, PCI-boards, multilayers, and HDI/SBU-circuits of various surfaces and special materials. We also offer extraordinary gold plating for connectors.
Our free DRC (Designs Rule Check) is generally included with all PCB-makes, and helps to eliminate layout defects before going to production. DRC Check serves to reveal and demonstrate clients the weak spots in their PCB-layouts. This service is complemented by the DFM-function (Design for Manufacturability) offered. This free customer support service is available for both, serial PCB production as well as for pc-board-prototypes as preproduction runs.

Serial PCB Production

For serial PCB production, we recommend our PCB Economy Class. It allows clients to choose from all common technologies and provides flexible delivery deadlines. When inquired online, all necessary parameters are collected automatically. Meeting high quality demands is standard. At a fixed price, PCB Economy Class efficiently utilizes the given production space for individual clients. Technically, the available versions range from 2 to 28 layers. The variety of materials and surfaces is multifarious. The free and generally included electronic testing serves as additional quality guarantee. The ideal exploitation of shop floor space facilitates offering our clients most favorable unit prices. On request, the PCBs will be UL-labeled. Prototypes Production

For all initial samples, prototypes will be produced. Available are one and two-layered PCBs as well as up to 6-fold multilayers. In express service, prototypes can be produced within 8 hours. All related matters will be transacted via internet. This includes proposal preparation and online ordering. The block pricing for low volume PCB production allows our clients to reduce their expenses significantly. Our pc board-prototype production also includes a free DRC Check to ensure the high quality requirements applied by Basista-Leiterplatten GmbH will be met.
